摘要
文章介绍并比较了建筑师负责制和全过程工程咨询两种不同的工程组织模式.两者的合同条件来源相同并相互借鉴,服务内容也基本相同,其核心都是通过工程组织模式的优化来实现项目目标,促进行业高质量发展.
Abstract
The architect responsibility system and whole-process engineering consultation are different modes of engineering organization.Architects and consulting engineers,both professionals in the construction industry,are governed by contract conditions from the same source and they cross-check each other,while the services they provide are not much different.Their ultimate tasks are to achieve the project goal and to promote quality development of the industry through optimized engineering organization mode.
