摘要
文章从中国建筑行业的深层问题出发,探索发现了"新营造"三大原理,即集成原理、通讯协议原理和"营"之迭代原理.文章还介绍了作者团队运用该原理研发的建筑师负责制AFS模式、过渡期建筑师负责制RD+EPC模式、集成营造交付IYD模式和全链条PDBO四种中国式建筑师负责制"新营造"算法和模式.
Abstract
While probing into the"3+1"phenomenon in China's architectural industry,the co-authors have figured out the triple principles of Neo-Yingzao,that is,the principles of integration,of Yingzao's communicational protocol,and of Ying's iteration.They believe that these principles represent the objective laws in China's architectural sector,demonstrating their application in developing three new architect responsibility systems of the Neo-Yingzao Family:the AFS,the transitional RD+EPC,the IYD integrated Yingzao construction delivery,and the PDBO full circle modes.They have proved effective since their inception in 2012.
