基于老年人能力差异的老旧住宅居家适老化改造设计研究

摘要
居家养老是符合老年人自身意愿和国家养老服务方向的养老模式.数据显示,中国有2/3的老年人居住在老旧小区,居家适老化改造已列入国家基本养老服务清单.论文以老年人能力差异及不同建设年代住宅套型和空间尺度的变化为切入点,通过入户访谈、平面测绘和行为观察,分析能力差异和住宅套型对老年人居家生活行为类型、行为内容、行为场所以及生活领域的影响,明确"能力差异-住宅套型"双重影响下老年人的生活行为难点与空间改造需求,并分析不同年代住宅主要功能空间的尺度变化,进而提出可适用于不同能力等级老年人、不同年代住宅的居家适老化改造设计建议.
Abstract
Home-based elderly care is a model in line with old people's will and the mainstream in China.As statistics show,two-thirds of three old people in this country live in outdated communities in the country.Elderly-friendly conversion for home-based care has appeared on the list of elementary elderly services.This paper starts with a survey of different old people's abilities and various apartment plans and space dimensions from different construction periods.It goes on with interviews,plan mapping,and behavior research to make analyses on how differences in abilities and apartment layouts influence old people's home-based daily life behaviors,type of such behaviors,places concerned,and living territory,defines the difficulties in daily life behaviors and the need of space revamp for the elderly under the dual influence of"difference in ability and apartment pattern",looks into the change to the dimensions of major functional spaces in residences from different periods,and thereupon puts forward design of elderly-friendly transformation for home-based care applicable in this regard.
