福州烟台山城市复兴项目是中国城市历史地段保护更新代表性的新实践.项目集中呈现了城市发展转型时期历史地段面临的各类典型问题,探索了新型协作式设计治理的更新过程.在复杂条件和目标下,项目多方主体表现出的设计实施智慧与协作治理过程,为当前城市历史地段保护更新提供了启发性价值.文章梳理了福州烟台山城市复兴项目的设计历程及设计亮点,总结了历史地段保护更新中精细、包容的设计方法与协商、渐进的设计实施机制,对历史地段系统性的设计治理过程进行了探讨.
Abstract
The Urban Rehabilitation of Yantaishan project is a representative new practice of regenerating historic districts in China.The project has encountered a range of common issues that historic districts face during urban development transformation and has investigated a design governance process in urban regeneration.Under complex conditions,the project demonstrates the design and collaborative implementation wisdom of multiple actors,which inspires the current conservation and regeneration of urban historic districts.This paper firstly reviews the design process and highlights of the Urban Rehabilitation of Yantaishan.Secondly,it summarizes the detailed and inclusive design methodology and progressive design implementation mechanism in the conservation and regeneration of the historic district.Finally,it discusses the systematic design governance process of the historic district.
