在全球气候变化和可持续发展的背景下,建筑行业面临巨大的挑战.作为碳排放的主要贡献者,建筑构件的循环再利用成为亟需探讨的重要课题.文章通过四个部分——背景阐述、结构"夺用"的历史回溯、全球前沿研究与实践案例分析,以及中国当前的机遇和挑战,系统性地介绍了一种新兴的循环建造方法,即以"结构构件"为载体,采用"等效"或"升级"再利用手段,探索废旧建筑构件在新建筑中的再利用可能性.文章不仅强调了其环境效益的价值,更强调了其在设计层面的潜力,从而从建筑结构设计的角度出发,为实现中国的可持续发展目标引入新的视野与手段.
Abstract
In the context of global climate change and sustainable development,the construction industry faces significant challenges.As a major contributor to carbon emissions,the recycling of building components has become a critical issue that requires urgent exploration.This paper systematically introduces an emerging method of circular construction through four sections:background elucidation,a historical review of structural"spolia,"analysis of global cutting-edge research and practical case studies,and an examination of current opportunities and challenges in China.Using"structural components"as carriers,the study explores the potential for reusing obsolete building components in new building design by employing"equivalent"or"upgraded"reuse strategies.The article emphasizes not only the environmental benefits but also the design potential of this approach.It introduces new perspectives and methods from the viewpoint of structural design to achieve China's sustainable development goals.
