摘要
在建筑教育中发展材料素养对于未来的可持续设计实践至关重要.建筑师在建成环境的塑造中扮演着至关重要的角色,建筑设计和建造的方法必须适应资源有限的现实以及循环建造的需要,因此需要新的方法为新一代建筑师的培养提供全面的教学框架.文章以两个设计建造工作坊为例,讨论了如何通过基于可用性的设计和行动,反思在建筑教育中增进可持续建造的能力.通过使用再生材料和有争议的场地,学生们同时与社区、更多元的建筑材料以及他们作为建筑师的角色互动.
Abstract
The development of material literacy in architecture education is crucial for the future of sustainable design practices.After all,architects play a vital role in shaping our built environment.Their approach to design and construction must adapt to the reality of limited resources and the need for circular construction.Therefore,updated methods are needed to provide a comprehensive teaching framework for new generations of architects.Using two design and build workshops as examples,the paper discusses how availability-based design and reflection-in-action can be used to increase competencies in sustainable construction in architecture education.By using reclaimed materials and contested sites,the students engage with the communities,larger material streams,and their role as architects at once.
