近年来,全球对可持续建筑设计的关注日益高涨,政府积极推动建筑废弃物的回收和循环利用,以减少资源消耗和环境负荷.工业4.0时代的数字化和自动化浪潮深刻影响了建筑行业,机器人、3D扫描和计算机视觉等技术为自动化材料回收带来了新的可能性.该研究针对砖块回收再利用,探索了基于3D扫描和计算机视觉的分类与重建方法,结合参数化设计工具和机器人技术,通过AbaqusC3D8实体单元结构分析进行多次迭代优化,对比不同砌法的结构和拟合度,提供多种再利用设计选项.最后,通过机械臂进行回收砖块的组装实验.这一流程不仅促进了建筑材料的循环利用,减少了资源消耗和环境影响,同时为自动化砌筑技术的创新发展提供了更加灵活和高效的解决方案.
Abstract
In recent years,there has been a growing global emphasis on sustainable architectural design,with governments actively promoting the recycling and reuse of construction waste to reduce resource consumption and environmental impact.The digitalization and automation wave of Industry 4.0 has profoundly influenced the construction industry,introducing new possibilities for automated material recycling through technologies such as robotics,3D scanning,and computer vision.This study focuses on the recycling and reuse of bricks,exploring classification and reconstruction methods based on 3D scanning and computer vision.By integrating parametric design tools and robotics technology,and utilizing Abaqus C3D8 solid element structural analysis for iterative optimization,we compare the structure and fit of different masonry methods,providing various reuse design options.Finally,robotic arms were employed to assemble the recycled bricks.This process not only promotes the circular use of building materials,reducing resource consumption and environmental impact,but also offers a more flexible and efficient solution for the innovative development of automated masonry technology.
