广东开平先锋天下粮仓书店由五个乡土筒仓更新改造而成.在整体的更新策略上,建筑师首先拆除了后期过多的加建,保留五个筒仓的独立状态,并用原始做法恢复粮仓建设之初的原貌;同时改造和加建部分体量,连接五个筒仓,完善书店的功能需求.其次,针对五个筒仓进行空间的重塑,突出书店的精神属性,在满足日常使用的前提下,强调空间的感知性和体验性.最后,在书店新建咖啡馆的设计中,反思了现代建筑以人的尺度为空间原型的局限性,探讨了更具知觉效应的树下空间的价值和其象征意义.
Abstract
Grand Granary Bookstore of Librairie Avant-Garde is renovated from five rural granaries.About the overall renovation strategy,the architects demolished the excessive additions and retained the independent status of five granaries,and the original construction method was used to restore the appearance of the granaries at the beginning of its construction.Some spaces were renovated and added to connect five granaries and improve the functional requirements of the bookstore.Secondly,spaces of the granaries were reshaped to highlight the spiritual attributes of the bookstore and emphasize the perception and experience of the space while satisfying daily use.Finally,in the design of the newly built coffee shop in the bookstore,the architects had reflected the limitations of modern architecture based on human scale as the spatial prototype,and the value and symbolic significance of the more perceptual effect of the space under trees were explored.
