摘要
以教育部合作协同育人项目为契机,同济大学建筑与城市规划学院自2021年起,深化产教融合和校企合作,加强建筑设计及其相关专业的设计辅导,提升专业深度.学院致力于培养学生在真实城市环境中的系统化、专门化、职业化的建筑设计思维和方法,实现校企联合培养,促进专业型硕士研究生的职业化和专业化发展.通过在专业型硕士研究生设计课程中引入企业设计导师,探索校企联合培养新模式,取得了良好的教学成果和反馈.这种产教融合的教学模式不仅提高了建筑教育的质量和实用性,也更好地为学生的未来职业发展做了准备,为全国建筑学专业卓越人才培养提供了借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Leveraging the Ministry of Education's Cooperative Collaborative Education Project,this initiative aims to deepen the integration of industry and education as well as strengthen the collaboration between universities and enterprises.Enhancing the depth and professionalism of architectural design and related professional guidance,it trains students to develop systematic,specialized,and professional architectural design thinking and methods within real urban contexts and environments.This collaboration promotes the professional and specialized training of professional master's degree students through university-enterprise cooperation and synergy.Since 2021,the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University has introduced enterprise design mentors into the design courses of professional master's degree students.This approach explores new models and mechanisms for university-enterprise joint training in talent cultivation and has yielded positive teaching outcomes and feedback.This industry-education integration teaching model not only enhances the quality and practicality of architectural education but also better prepares students for their future career development.It can serve as a reference for cultivating outstanding talents in architecture programs nationwide.
