城市更新已经从新生事物逐渐成为城市发展、社会治理与行业转型等领域的核心议题,然而面对这一跨学科的宏大对象,要形成对其内涵与意义的全面理解还存在明显的困难.文章从联合国可持续发展目标出发,基于作者自身的持续实践与研究所积累的一手材料,从亲历者的视角展示城市更新可能涉及的"议题光谱",从而提示城市更新实践话题的多元维度,并指出可持续的城市更新对作为有机体的城市而言,乃是其本体存在的客观要求之一.
Abstract
Urban regeneration has gradually become a core issue in urban development,social governance,and industry transformation from a new phenomenon.However,there are obvious difficulties in understanding the connotation and significance of such an interdisciplinary and grandiose object.Starting from the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),and based on the first-hand materials accumulated through years of practice and research,this paper demonstrates the"spectrum of issues"that may be involved in urban regeneration from the first-person perspective,thus suggesting the multidimensionality of the topic of urban regeneration in practice,and pointing out that sustainable urban regeneration is one of the objective demands for the existence of the city as an organism.
