摘要
上海外滩老市府大楼作为外滩地区规模最大的围合式历史建筑群,以及在上海近现代政治、文化史上都极具影响力的城市空间,其保护性综合改造工程也成为了外滩地区历史环境整治和城市更新的重要节点,并带来了关于重点历史建筑环境再生策略的众多思考.文章通过外滩老市府大楼的新建筑设计、历史建筑修复和场所营造三个方面来讨论重点历史环境再生的策略,体现出城市历史环境再生作为城市可持续发展驱动力的作用.
Abstract
As the largest enclosed historical building complex in the Bund area and an influential urban space in Shanghai's modern political and cultural history,the protective comprehensive renovation project of the Bund City Hall Plaza has become an important panel point in the historical environment renovation and urban renewal of the Bund area,bringing many thoughts on the strategy of key historical building environmental regeneration.This article discusses the strategies for significant historical environment regeneration through the new architectural design,historical building restoration,and site creation of the old city hall building on the Bund,reflecting the role of urban historical environment regeneration as a driving force for sustainable urban development.
