Study on data acquisition system of high frequency CCD based on low frequency A/D converter
Based on the method of multi-field acquisition,and by using the AC1077 16-bit digital analog converter and the HML1213 charge coupled device (CCD),the acquisition system of the higher output frequency CCD data by the lower sampling frequency digital analog converter is established.In view of the frequency parameters of the two devices,one CCD signal is split into 4 sections and collected by the digital analog converter in accordance with the requirements,then they are synthesized to a complete signal according to the pixel sequence.The results show that,the CCD signal with the frequency of 217 kHz can be collected by the digital analog converter whose sampling frequency is only 67 kHz,and the accuracy and stability of this system is verified.
