Concrete precast(PC)components serve as the foundation for the main structure of the prefabricated building,and elevating the intelligence and informatization levels of its production is particularly crucial.This paper focuses on the production management mode and general management status of PC component factory.Based on the demand analysis of PC component production line mode,designs the basic architecture composition,static information module and dynamic information module of the management system,completes the development of the management system.By integrating order tracking and production management into the management system,the integrated management of multi varieties and small batches of PC component is completed.Based on the information interaction between digital twin model and PC component production equipment,the visual management of PC order tracking is realized.The results indicate that the management system can realize the comprehensive analysis and refined management of order data through the order tracking and quality management of PC components,and improve the production efficiency and decision-making management level of PC components.
