Analysis of hydraulic condition of water-heat co-transmission pipeline network
Currently, the water-heat combined supply technology based on waste heat utilization is of great significance for clean heating and water supply security in the northern coastal areas of China. As an important component of the water-heat combined supply technology, the water-heat co-transmission exerts a notable impact on the safety and economic operation of the system. This paper establishes a mathematical model for hydraulic calculation of water-heat co-transmission pipeline network based on the principle of water-heat co-transmission,and its hydraulic condition is analyzed and studied. The results indicate that with the decrease of reflux ratio, the return water pressure line becomes smoother, while the head of the relay return water pressure pump decreases. The relay return water pressure pump requires frequency conversion or speed regulation to match the reflux ratio, accommodating its variations. With the decrease of reflux ratio, the surplus head of the return water pipeline increases sharply, while the energy consumption for transportation decreases rapidly.
