Risk analysis of landslide volume based on critical sliding field
Establishing a landslide risk assessment model can provide an effective approach for landslide risk analysis. This study obtains the sliding volume of the dangerous sliding surface through the critical sliding field, and compares the effect of different slope heights, gradients, cohesive forces, and internal friction angles on these volumes.Landslide risk is further analyzed by considering the landslide failure probability, temporal risk and vulnerability. The results indicate that when the ratio of cohesion to internal friction angle is the same and the value is small, the value has little influence on the sliding volume and landslide risk. The slide surface with the minimum safety factor is not necessarily the slide surface with the greatest vulnerability and landslide risk.Quantitative calculation of landslide risk under different conditions is more complete than relying solely on the slide surface with minimum safety factor, which can provide a reference for landslide risk analysis.
