乳化沥青胶浆黏度与悬砂能力关联性研究

研究乳化沥青胶浆黏度与悬砂能力的关联性,可为含砂雾封层新拌乳化沥青砂浆同时满足良好的均质性和流动性提供科学依据.通过采用乳化沥青胶浆黏度试验与悬砂试验考察沥青针入度等级、增稠剂掺量与类型对乳化沥青胶浆黏度与悬砂能力的影响,并根据黏度、沉降曲线的拟合参数建立黏度与悬砂能力之间的关联性.结果表明:随着沥青针入度等级的增大,胶浆黏度会降低,同时悬砂能力减弱.随着增加各类型增稠剂掺量,会使乳化沥青胶浆黏度增大、悬砂能力增强.对于不同类型增稠剂,在相同条件下,增黏效果由大到小的顺序为有机增稠剂、硅藻土和硅铝酸盐,但悬砂能力由大到小的顺序为硅藻土、硅铝酸盐、有机增稠剂.根据拟合结果分析了黏度参数与沉降速率的关联性,即两者呈现相同的增长性,确定了黏度与悬砂能力的关联性呈正相关.
Study on correlation between viscosity of emulsified asphalt mortar and suspended sand capacity
The study of the correlation between the viscosity of emulsified asphalt mortar and suspended sand capacity can provide a scientific foundation for a good homogeneity and fluidity of freshly mixed emulsified asphalt mortar with sandy fog seal layer at the same time.The viscosity test and suspended sand test of emulsified asphalt mortar are used to evaluate the influence of asphalt penetration grade,as well as the quantity and type of thickener on viscosity and suspended sand capacity of emulsified asphalt mortar.The correlation between viscosity and suspended sand capacity is established according to the fitting parameters of viscosity curve and settling curve.The results show that with the increase of penetration grade of asphalt,the viscosity of mortar decreases and the ability of suspended sand decreases.With the increase of the concentration of various thickeners,the viscosity of emulsified asphalt mortar and the ability of suspended sand are increased.For different types of thickeners,under the same cindition,the viscosity increasing effect is organic thickener,diatomaceous earth and silica-aluminate in descending order,but the suspended sand capacity ranked in the reverse order.According to the fitting results,the correlation between the viscosity parameter and the settling rate is analyzed,both show the same growth,and it is determined that the correlation between the viscosity and the suspended sand capacity is positively correlated.
