Research on mechanical properties of prefabricated concrete-filled composite steel box caisson structure
In order to study the mechanical properties of prefabricated concrete-filled composite steel box caisson structure, the finite element analysis of the test caisson is carried out and validated by comparing with the experimental results based on the full-scale test of the fabricated caisson in the Dayang Parking Underground Three-dimensional Garage Project. The study examines various factors influencing the mechanical properties of the composite caisson. The results show that the stiffening rib and the truss support on the caisson wall can significantly improve the rigidity and reduce stress levels. The concrete strength has a certain impact on the deformation and stress level of the caisson wall, but when the concrete strength grade exceeds C60,its impact on caisson wall becomes negligible. The thickness of the steel plate has a certain influence on the stress level of the caisson wall. The peak stress decreased by about 10%when the thickness increased by 4 mm.The influence of steel plate thickness on the deformation of the wellbore wall is minimal.
