不同高径比筒仓仓型对稻谷黄变的影响

黄变是粮食损耗的重要因素之一,通过对比不同仓型对黄变的影响,为仓型设计提供依据。文章构建了南昌地区不同仓型的筒仓几何模型,以当地环境温湿度、太阳辐射照度作为边界条件,模拟了筒仓仓型在不同高径比(装粮高度与直径之比)结构下的温度场、水分和黄变分布规律。结果表明:不同高径比的粮堆在不同方向上受外界影响的权重不同;当高径比为 1。0 时,粮堆整体黄变程度较低,更适合稻谷储藏。
Effect of silo type with different height-diameter ratio on rice yellowing
Yellowing is one of the significant factors of grain loss.This study provides a basis for warehouse design by comparing the effects of different warehouse types.This study constructs geometric models of various silo types in Nanchang region,using local environmental temperature,humidity and solar radiation irradiance as boundary conditions to simulate and compare the temperature distribution,water distribution and yellowing distribution of silo types in Nanchang region under different height-diameter ratio(ratio of grain height to diameter).The results indicate that the weight of external influence on grain piles with different height-diameter ratios is different in different directions.When the height-diameter ratio is 1.0,the overall yellowing degree of the grain pile is minimized,making it more suitable for rice storage.
