速溶高黏沥青的老化特性分析

速溶高黏沥青具有生产简单、存储稳定性高等优势。文章以自主研发的速溶改性剂制备了不同掺量的速溶高黏沥青,基于扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)试验,并通过频率和时间的扫描测试,分析了改性剂掺量对其老化后流变性能的影响。结果表明:速溶高黏沥青的路用性能优于常见的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(Styrene Butadiene Styrene,SBS)改性沥青;随着老化的发生,速溶高黏沥青的微观特征由微观结构致密、表面光滑状态向出现裂纹转变,且严重程度因老化而加剧;改性剂掺量的增加对提升抗老化能力效果明显,SEM频率和时间扫描的测试结果均验证了这一规律。
Analysis of aging characteristics of instant high-viscosity modified asphalt
Instant high-viscosity asphalt presents several advantages such as simple production and excellent storage stability.In this study,instant high-viscosity modified asphalt with varying modifier content was prepared to analyze the effect of modifier content on the rheological properties of aged asphalt using Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),frequency scanning,and time scanning tests.Results show that instant high-viscosity modified asphalt has superior road performance than that of SBS modified asphalt;with the occurrence of aging,the microscopic characteristics of instant high-viscosity modified asphalt change from dense microstructure and smooth surface to cracked state,and the degree correlates with the aging level.Futhermore,higher modifier content is helpful to the anti-aging performance of high-viscosity modified asphalt,as verified by SEM,frequency scanning,and time scanning test results.
