Research on Employment Dilemma and Countermeasures of Mining College Graduates
Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.Currently,there is still a certain gap be-tween the talent training in mining colleges and universities and the demand of college students'employment market.Mining college graduates are faced with practical challenges such as narrow employment channels in the industry,low matching between the demands of mining enterprises and job seekers,insufficient employ-ment confidence and competitiveness,and unclear career positioning.To this end,the following measures can be taken to help mining college and universities graduates to achieve high-quality and full employment.First,to establish a responsibility system for employment and implement an undergraduate tutorial system;second,to strengthen ideological guidance and promote the integration of curriculum of ideological and political educa-tion into employment education;thirdly,to coordinate the promotion of employment and training to improve the adaptability of talent training and the demands of mining enterprises;fourth,to deepen school-enterprise collaborative education and build a mutual feedback mechanism between employment demand forecasting and employment information;fifth,to stress multi-agent collaboration to create an online information platform and offline practice training base;sixth,to improve the policy publicity mechanism and put the career planning a-head;seventh,to build alumni support system to broaden employment channels.
