论高校档案信息化建设中个人信息保护

摘要
数据信息时代,高校档案信息化是适应时代要求进行档案管理的必然趋势,高校档案在信息化建设过程中,大量的师生员工个人信息,将以数字化形式体现,对其进行有效保护迫在眉睫.通过分析高校档案信息化过程中,师生员工个人信息保护方面存在的问题,论述了高校应当采取的保护措施,以及国外个人信息法律保护对我国的启示,阐述了高校档案信息化建设中对个人信息保护承担的法律责任.
Abstract
In the era of data information,the informatization of university archives is an inevitable trend to adapt to the requirements of the times for archive management.In the process of informatization construction of university archives,a large amount of personal information of teaching staff and students will be reflected in digital form,therefore effective protection is urgently needed.By analyzing the problems existing in the protec-tion of personal information of teaching staff and students in the process,this paper discusses the protective measures that universities should take as well as the inspirations of legal protection of personal information we can learn from the other countries.It also elaborates on the legal responsibilities of personal information protec-tion in the informatization construction of university archives.
