In the Internet era,blockchain technology,with its characteristics of decentralization,security and stability,has improved the transaction efficiency of the securities market and saved transaction costs,but at the same time,it has also impacted the traditional securities legal norms and posed new challenges to the supervision of the securities market.Based on this,China should deeply analyze the current regulation policies and deficiencies of blockchain technology,actively learn from the international experience of blockchain tech-nology,and vigorously develop blockchain technology,at the same time,guide the reasonable and orderly de-velopment of blockchain technology in the securities market.It is necessary to improve the blockchain-related legislation,strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of users of blockchain securities trading,learn from the concept of"regulatory sandbox"to improve the supervision capacity of the blockchain securities mar-ket,in order to achieve a balance between blockchain technological innovation and the safe and orderly devel-opment of the securities market.
