Research on the Construction of Teacher Education System in Science and Engineering Universities from the Perspective of Cultural Governance
The construction of the teacher education system is a key link in the high-quality development of higher education.Cultural governance emphasizes the essential characteristics of intrinsic value and spiritual modernization,and has profound contemporary value in promoting and implementing the connotative develop-ment of higher education.At present,China's science and engineering universities still face multiple challen-ges in the construction of the teacher education system,such as the weakening of the characteristics of teacher education,the low degree of physical operation of departments and other units,the lack of construction of first level discipline degree program in education,and the difficulty in forming a joint force of education due to the dispersion of teachers.Therefore,in order to accelerate the construction of the teacher education system in sci-ence and engineering universities,it is necessary to focus on the following four aspects.At the university lev-el,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of humanistic sentiments and consolidate a culture of respecting teachers and valuing education.At the college and school level,reasonable division of labor and efficient col-laboration should be carried out to create a system culture of multi-subject co-education.At the disciplinary level,we should lead by advantageous disciplines and build an academic culture of teacher education.At the teachers'level,we need to gradually optimize the structure of teachers and cultivate a culture of collaborative development.
