The Dilemma and Solution of Carbon Emission Data Quality Supervision System under the Background of"Dual-Carbon"
The quality supervision of carbon emission data is an important field for regulating the carbon emission trading market.The authenticity and accuracy of carbon emission data are the prerequisite and foun-dation for ensuring the healthy operation of the carbon emission trading market.However,from the current situ-ation of carbon emission data quality supervision,it is difficult for the existing supervision system to play its due supervisory effectiveness and deterrent role.There are problems with the quality supervision of carbon e-mission data,such as incomplete legal system,inadequate regulatory system,and flawed judicial regulation.We should further improve the legal system for carbon emission data quality supervision,build a collaborative and effective regulatory system and mechanism,and improve the legal regulation of carbon emission data qual-ity supervision,so as to achieve the rule of law in the supervision of carbon emission data quality and promote the high-quality achievement of China's"dual-carbon"goals.
