Research on Control Technology of Surrounding Rock in the Large Section Roadway under Structural Stress Disturbance in Wangzhuang Coal Mine
Aiming at the serious deformation problem of the large section roadway caused by structural stress in the 9105 working face of Wangzhuang Coal Mine,a combined method of numerical simulation and on-site monitoring is used to study the deformation characteristics of the large section roadway and its surrounding rock control technology.The analysis shows that when the size effect of the roadway cross section is above 4.5 m×4.5 m,the performance becomes more prominent,which is not conducive to the stability of the roadway.With the increase of the lateral pressure coefficient,each of the movement amount of the roof,floor,and two sides of the roadway shows an increasing trend.The larger the lateral pressure coefficient,the more severe the deformation of the roadway.Due to the relatively large width of the 9105 working face roadway,the deformation of the roadway roof and two sides is severe.Based on this,a combined support technology of"high-strength threaded steel anchor rod+prestressed anchor cable+metal mesh+I-shaped steel shed"is designed for the large cross section roadway.Through engineering practice,the movement amount of the roof and floor reduced by 48.1%,and the movement amount of the two sides reduced by 55.4%,achieving effective control of the construction of the roadway.
