To solve the problems of strong shear failure and corrosion of support anchor rod in soft rock roadway,a roof side strong power and timely anchoring and grouting support technology based on full length anchoring is proposed,and the roof side strength reinforcement anchor cable support technology is designed on the original support structure.By combining the theory of timely grouting and on-site measurement data,the optimal grouting time is calculated by using Maple.Numerical simulation method is used to study and compare the displacement,stress,and plastic zone distribution of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the situations of end anchoring support and full length anchoring support.The result shows that the full section support technology based on full length anchoring can effectively control the subsidence of the roof,and the anchor rods that with the use of full length anchoring can resist strong shear failure under the situation of effectively preventing corrosion.The optimal grouting time is 10-20 days after roadway excavation.Based on the on-site monitoring result,it shows that under the strong power and timely anchoring and grouting support of the roof side,the overall mine pressure and roof subsidence amount are basically stable,and the active support effect of anchor rods is good.
