Research on the Influence of Weak Interlayer Thickness on the Stability of Roadway Surrounding Rock
In order to obtain the influence law of weak interlayer thickness on the stability of the roadway surrounding rock, taking the transportation roadway of the 3upper712 working face as the engineering background, comprehensive research methods such as numerical simulation,on-site monitoring and others are used to study the relationship between different thicknesses of weak interlayer and the deformation characteristics and stress distribution of the roadway surrounding rock.Support optimization measures are proposed for the transportation roadway of the 3upper712 working face. The results show that as the thickness of the weak interlayer increases, the stress value in the lower position hard rock layer area above the roadway roof gradually decreases, and the plastic zone failure area of the roadway roof gradually increases; Moreover, different thicknesses of weak interlayer can lead to different forms of roof fracture. The roadway contains the weak interlayer roof occurs obvious discontinuous damage, and the fractured zone of the roof has obvious characteristics of interlayer expansion.Through on-site practice, the displacement amount of the roadway tends to stabilize after 40 days, and the roof, two sides, and heaving floor amount of the roadway reach 53 mm,46 mm,and 41 mm respectively, effectively controlling the deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock.
