二分层采空区下掘进支护设计优化应用

柴里煤矿 23下607 东运输巷沿底板在 3下煤中掘进,3上煤已开采完毕,传统的支护工艺为工字钢架棚支护.针对采取工字钢架棚支护工艺,在回采期间工字钢支护顶帮变形量大,两巷维护困难,需长期由修复区队挑顶扩帮,回采速度慢,安全性较低等情况,柴里煤矿根据该段巷道中矸厚度不均的特点,掘进期间采取了锚网支护、锚网支护和架棚支护交替进行、锚网架棚复合支护、架棚支护四种有效可靠的支护方式.经过实施,掘进和回采期间和其它巷道效果对比,实现了回采期间的支护有效,达到了快掘、降低成本的目的,应用效果良好,具有推广可复制性.
Optimization and Application of Excavation Support Design Under Two Layered Goaf
The 23lower607 eastern transportation roadway in Chaili Coal Mine is excavated along the floor in the 3lower coal.The 3 upper coal is fully mined,and the traditional support process is the Ⅰ-shaped steel framed shed support.In view of the adoption of Ⅰ-shaped steel framed shed support process,during the mining period,the deformation amount of the Ⅰ-shaped steel support roof side is large,and the maintenance of the two roadways is difficult,which needs to be carried out by the repair area team for a long time to lift the roof and expand the side,the mining speed is slow and the safety is low and other situations.According to the uneven thickness of the gangue in this section of the roadway,during the excavation period,Chaili Coal Mine adopts four effective and reliable support methods:anchor net support,alternate conducting anchor net support and framed shed support,anchor net framed shed composite support,and framed shed support.After implementation,comparing with effects of other roadways during excavation and mining period,effective support during mining is achieved,reaching the goal of fast excavation and cost reduction.The application effect is good and has replicability for promotion.
