浅埋煤层沿空掘巷小煤柱留设宽度及支护技术研究

为研究浅埋煤层区段留设小煤柱宽度和沿空巷道支护技术,以微子镇矿 15103 工作面小煤柱沿空掘巷为研究对象,通过理论计算和数值模拟分析确定了小煤柱合理宽度为7 m,提出了掘进期间采用锚杆+锚索联合支护、回采期间采用超前支架加强支护的支护方案.该方案对 15103 工作面沿空巷道变形有较好的控制作用,取得了显著的效益.
Research on the Setting Width and Support Technology of Small Coal Pillars in Driving Roadway Along Goaf in Shallow Buried Coal Seams
In order to study the setting width of small coal pillars and support technology for roadway along goaf in shallow buried coal seam sections,the small coal pillars of driving roadway along goaf in the 15103 working face of Weizizhen Mine are taken as the research object.Through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation analysis,the reasonable width of the small coal pillar is determined to be 7 m.A support scheme is proposed,which used anchor rod + anchor cable combined support during excavation period and advanced support to strengthen support during mining period.This scheme has a relatively good control effect on the deformation of the roadway along goaf in the 15103 working face and achieves significant benefits.
