Application of Pressure Equalization and Fire Prevention Technology in Goaf in Tengdong Coal Mine
In order to solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion caused by air leakage in the goaf,a method for adjusting the pressure difference at both ends of the goaf underground in coal mines is proposed,analyze the current situation of the ventilation system in Tengdong Coal Mine.Based on the mechanism of pressure equalization fire prevention and extinguishing,design a pressure equalization fire prevention and extinguishing process plan for Tengdong Coal Mine.By connecting each enclosed space with a connecting pipe,the pressure of the enclosed space is maintained,ensuring a balanced pressure at both ends of the goaf and preventing air leakage and oxygen supply to the goaf.Through on-site testing in Tengdong Coal Mine,the pressure equalization and fire prevention technology can reduce the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the closed area to 0-20 Pa,achieve equilibrium between the inside and outside of the closed goaf,prevent gas leakage,effectively prevent air leakage and oxygen supply to the goaf,and thus prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf.The pressure equalization fire extinguishing technology has achieved good prevention and control effects in Tengdong Coal Mine.
