煤矿井下带式输送机PLC集控系统设计研究

为提高煤矿井下输送系统的自动化水平,确保作业的安全性和效率.以PLC技术为核心,阐述了PLC集控系统的基本组成及各项功能,分析硬件设计的主要思路,重点就外围硬件电路、PLC软件、温度监测以及控制子程序等环节的设计要点进行分析,适配当代井下作业条件,提出一种以PLC为核心控制装置的带式输送机集控系统的设计方案.实验结果表明,应用设计思路所制造的集控系统能够有效发挥多台带式输送机连锁控制、保护试验报警、故障监测以及调度中心集中控制的作用,进一步优化相关机组的运行效能,具备自动化控制以及低碳环保的优势.
Design and Research of PLC Centralized Control System for Downhole Belt Conveyor in Coal Mines
To improve the automation level of coal mine underground transportation systems and ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.Taking PLC technology as the core,this paper elaborates on the basic composition and various functions of PLC centralized control system,analyzes the main ideas of hardware design,and focuses on the design points of peripheral hardware circuits,PLC software,temperature monitoring,and control subroutines,adapting to contemporary underground operating conditions.A design scheme for a belt conveyor centralized control system with PLC as the core control device is proposed.The experimental results show that the centralized control system manufactured by applying the design concept can effectively play the role of multiple belt conveyor chain control,protection test alarm,fault monitoring,and centralized control of the dispatch center,further optimizing the operating efficiency of relevant units,and has the advantages of automatic control and low-carbon environmental protection.
