下行穿层钻孔高压保压注水消突技术研究与应用

针对高地应力煤与瓦斯突出煤层存在安全问题,在高抽巷施工下行穿层高压保压注水钻孔,通过实施"两堵两注"带压封孔工艺,有效封孔长度为17 m时,至少可承压48 MPa,提高了封孔强度;采用多次反复高压保压注水施工工艺,增强注水量和注水效果,实施截流卸压工艺,平衡消弱煤层高集中应力,控制高压注水影响范围;高压保压注水压力为30~47 MPa,注水次数 2~5次,单孔最大注水量达到159 m³,高压保压注水有效影响半径最大为 101 m,瓦斯预抽钻孔工程量减少了 55.9%,瓦斯治理周期减少了 15个月,提高了瓦斯治理效率、效果.通过试验,增大了煤层透气性,提高了瓦斯抽采效果,消除煤层的突出危险性.
Research and Application of High Pressure Maintaining Water Injection Outburst Elimination Technology for Downward Through Layer Drilling Hole
Aiming at the existing safety issues of high ground stress coal and gas outburst coal seams,the construction of downward through layer high pressure maintaining water injection drilling hole is carried out in high extraction roadways.Through the implementation of the"two plugging and two injection"hole sealing process with pressure,when the effective hole sealing length is 17 m,can withstand pressure of at least 48 MPa,which improves the hole sealing strength;Adopting multiple repetitions of high pressure maintaining water injection construction process to enhance water injection volume and water injection effect,implementing interception and pressure relief process,balancing and weakening high concentrated stress in coal seams,and controlling the influence range of high pressure water injection;The high pressure maintaining water injection pressure is 30-47 MPa,with 2-5 times of water injection.The maximum water injection volume for a single hole reaches 159 m³,the maximum effective influence radius of high pressure maintaining water injection is 101 m,and the engineering quantity of gas pre extraction drilling hole is reduced by 55.9%.The gas governance cycle is reduced by 15 months,improving the efficiency and effect of gas governance.Through experiments,the permeability of coal seams is increased,the gas extraction effect is improved,and the outburst danger of coal seams is eliminated.
