Research and Countermeasures on the Deviation Law of Drilling Holes in the Grouting Transformation of Mine Floor
The main impact of water damage in Chensilou Coal Mine is the limestone aquifer in the upper section of the Taiyuan Formation of the main mining coal seam floor.The mine generally adopts the floor grouting transformation technology to reinforce and transform the aquifer.When the drilling is first introduced for inclination measurement,it is found that the deviation of the drilling hole is relatively large.During construction,there are many additional verification drilling holes added,which to some extent affected the effectiveness of the floor grouting transformation.In view of this issue,a set of optimized drilling tool combination composite construction methods during drilling is proposed by analyzing factors such as changes in coal seam floor lithology and drilling methods,and through practice and comparison.The anti-deviation construction method of drilling hole in the transformation of floor grouting is clarified,which effectively improves the construction accuracy of drilling hole and has high practicability.
