大型电站燃煤损耗测评及其治理技术的发展趋势

大型电站燃煤损耗包括数量损耗和热量损耗,扬尘、雨水渗透与冲蚀、低温氧化造成煤场巨大损耗和环境污染,通过燃料平衡试验对煤场损耗进行测评,可以全面量化电站的燃煤损耗情况.从实际测评结果来看,数量损耗最大可达1000 万元/年,热值损耗最大可达5900 万元/年,煤场损耗引起巨大的经济损失.针对煤场损耗问题,采用物理方法和化学方法,以及采用复合抑制剂进行煤损耗治理,减损率可达93%以上.通过复合型抑制剂在电厂的应用,为电厂带来可观的经济和社会效益.
Evaluation of Coal Burning Attrition in Large Power Stations and Development Trends of Governance Technologies
The coal burning attrition in large power stations include quantity attrition and heat attrition.Dust,rainwater infiltration and erosion,and low-temperature oxidation cause significant losses and environmental pollution in coal mines.By conducting fuel balance tests to evaluate the coal yard attrition,the coal burning attrition situation can be comprehensively quantified.Based on actual evaluation results,the maximum quantity attrition can reach 10 million yuan/year,and the maximum heat value attrition can reach 59 million yuan/year,coal yard attrition cause huge economic losses.In view of the issue of coal yard attrition,physical and chemical methods are adopted,as well as the use of composite inhibitors for coal attrition governance,resulting in an attrition reduction rate of over 93%.Through the application of compound inhibitors in power plants,it brings considerable economic and social benefits for power plants.
