煤柱尺寸优化与注浆锚索加强支护研究与应用

针对矿井深埋藏且资源枯竭的现状,以干河煤矿 2-301联巷护巷小煤柱留设尺寸及围岩加强支护方式为研究对象,通过采场超前支承压力数值模拟、采场周期来压力学原理及井下实际矿压数据综合分析确定煤柱合理尺寸为8 m;利用注浆锚索围岩控制技术进行围岩加固,制定了注浆锚索加强支护方案,并进行井下现场试验.试验结果表明:注浆锚索围岩控制技术对 8 m小煤柱且采动影响区巷道围岩变形控制效果较好,达到围岩整体变形小于120 mm目的,提高了资源采出率,为矿井今后小煤柱护巷的推广使用提供依据.
Research and Application of Coal Pillar Size Optimization and Grouting Anchor Cable Reinforcement Support
In view of the current situation of deep burial and resource depletion in mines,taking the reserved size of the protection roadway small coal pillar and the strengthening support mode of surrounding rock in the 2-301 joint roadway of Ganhe Coal Mine as research objects.Through the numerical simulation of stope advance support pressure,the principle of stope periodic compression mechanics and the comprehensive analysis of underground actual mine pressure data,it is determined that the reasonable size of coal pillar is 8 m;The grouting anchor cable surrounding rock control technology is used for surrounding rock reinforcement,a grouting anchor cable reinforcement support scheme is developed and underground on-site tests are conducted.The tests results show that the grouting anchor cable surrounding rock control technology has a good effect on controlling the deformation of the 8 m small coal pillar and the roadway surrounding rock in the mining affected area,achieving the purpose of overall deformation of the surrounding rock less than 120 mm,improving the resource extraction rate,and providing a basis for the promotion and use of small coal pillar protection roadway in the future of the mine.
