Research and Application of Surrounding Rock Control Technology for Small Coal Pillar Roadway Excavation Along Goaf in Yonghong Coal Mine
Aiming at the problem of severe damage and resource waste caused by stress concentration in the roadway when relatively wide coal pillars are left between the working faces of Yonghong Coal Mine,the structural characteristics of the overlying rock of the roadway excavation along goaf are studied through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and an asymmetric coupling support technology for the small coal pillar roadway surrounding rock is proposed.The research shows that the reasonable coal pillar width for the 3306 transportation channel is 9 m;Using high-strength extended anchor rod cables for strong support of the roof and coal pillar sides,effectively controlling the difficult problem of roadway floor heave and asymmetric deformation;During the excavation period,the deformation of the roadway is not significant.During the stoping period,the maximum shrinkage of the roof and floor is 586 mm,and the maximum shrinkage of the two sides is 972 mm.The deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is controllable,indicating that the strong support technology is effective in controlling the small coal pillar roadway,ensuring the safe stoping of the working face and providing technical reference for engineering practice under similar conditions.
