新集二矿深部沿空巷道围岩结构稳定性分析

为辨识新集二矿深部沿空巷道围岩结构特征及其稳定性,采用理论分析、数值模拟等手段,分析了08工作面沿空巷道围岩关键参数与特征,模拟了沿空掘进及回采期间围岩弹塑性变化和应力演化规律,提出了大直径钻孔、钻屑法进行高应力巷道围岩"卸压-检测"防治方法.研究表明:"煤柱-顶板"结构是控制深部工作面巷道围岩稳定的关键因素,影响该结构的主要参数是煤柱宽度与应力状态、基本顶断裂线位置、关键岩块侧向断裂跨度及其运动形态等;新集二矿深部 08 工作面沿空风巷留设的 10 m煤柱处于塑性状态,能够与顶板、巷道形成稳定"煤柱-顶板"结构,掘巷与回采均不会诱发煤柱和顶板失稳.
Stability Analysis of Surrounding Rock Structure in Deep Gob-side Roadway of Xinji No.2 Mine
In order to identify the structure characteristics and stability of the surrounding rock of the deep gob-side roadway in Xinji No.2 Mine,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and others are used to analyze the key parameters and characteristics of the gob-side roadway surrounding rock in the 08 working face.The elastic-plastic changes and stress evolution laws of the surrounding rock during excavation along goaf and stoping period are simulated,and the prevention and governance method of"pressure relief-detection"of surrounding rock of high stress roadway by large diameter drilling and drilling debris method is put forward.The research shows that the"coal pillar-roof"structure is the key factor in controlling the stability of the surrounding rock of the deep working face roadway.The main parameters affecting this structure are the width and stress state of the coal pillar,the position of the basic roof fracture line,the lateral fracture span and its movement form of key rock blocks,etc;The 10 m coal pillar reserved in the ventilating roadway along goaf in the deep 08 working face of Xinji No.2 Mine is in a plastic state,which can form a stable"coal pillar-roof"structure with the roof and roadway.Neither roadway excavation nor stoping will induce instability of the coal pillar and roof.
