Research on Surrounding Rock Control Technology for Roadways Passing Through Fault Fractured Zones
Aiming at the problems of support failure,local roof caving,wall caving and so on in the fault structure area where the roadway passes through,taking the 7304 tape groove of Baodian Coal Mine in Yankuang Group as the engineering background,the"double shell rigid flexible coupling"grouting support technology is proposed according to the roadway deformation and failure characteristics and causes.The original support technology scheme is optimized and designed,and the feasibility of the optimized support scheme is verified through numerical simulation and on-site experiments.The results show that after adopting the optimized support scheme,the maximum displacement amount of the roof and floor of the roadway and the maximum convergence of the two sides are 105.5 mm and 121.8 mm,respectively.The variation amplitude of the roof separation amount is within 6 mm,effectively improving the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
