万福煤矿泵房软弱围岩破坏机理及控制对策

为解决深部软岩大断面硐室支护难题,本文以万福煤矿-820 m水平主排水泵房硐室修复为背景,采用钻孔窥视仪、水准仪、布设应变传感器分别分析了硐室围岩破坏特点、两帮移近量、砌碹体变形特点,明确了大埋深大断面硐室的破坏机理.同时针对硐室破坏特点,提出了以注浆充填岩石裂隙和重新砌碹被动支护相结合的加固措施,硐室围岩通过注浆充填薄弱区域,再施加砌碹和注浆锚索支护,目前泵房围岩长期处于稳定状态,未出现明显变形,硐室围岩变形得到了明显的控制.
Failure Mechanism and Control Countermeasures of Weak Surrounding Rock in Wanfu Coal Mine Pump House
In order to solve the difficult problem of supporting large cross section cavern in deep soft rock,this article takes the repair of the-820 m horizontal main drainage pump house cavern in Wanfu Coal Mine as the background.The failure characteristics of surrounding rock,the displacement amount of the two sides,and the deformation characteristics of the masonry body are analyzed respectively by means of drilling peeping instrument,leveling instrument,and layout strain transducer.The failure mechanism of the large buried depth and large cross section cavern is clarified.At the same time,aiming at the failure characteristics of the cavern,a reinforcement measure combining grouting to fill rock cracks and rebuild masonry passive support is proposed.The surrounding rock of the cavern is filled with weak areas through grouting,then exert masonry and grouting anchor cable support.Currently,the surrounding rock of the pump room is in a stable state for a long time without significant deformation occurence,and the deformation of the cavern surrounding rock is significantly controlled.
