Research on Non Coal Pillar Mining Technology of Gangue Gypsum Body Filling in Transportation Roadway of Fully Mechanized Caving Mining
It is difficult to recover the remaining coal pillars of the working face during the stoping process, which will result in a large amount of waste of underground coal resources. In view of the problem of waste of coal pillar resources in Zhangji Coal Mine, this article analyzes the stress distribution law of the surrounding rock during the two stoping processes of Zhangji Coal Mine's fully mechanized caving face through the mean of numerical simulation, proposes the non coal pillar mining technology of gangue gypsum body filling in the fully mechanized caving roadway, improves the roadway support scheme in the on-site engineering, and verifies the feasibility and safety of the technology of non coal pillar mining. The results show that during the stoping process of the upper working face, the stress peak acting on the roof of the solid coal is slightly greater than that on the roof of the filling body;during the stoping of the lower working face, within a range of 10-20 m advance, the stress maximum value under the solid coal side will exceed that at the filling body, while outside the range of 20 m,the stress maximum value under the solid coal side will be lower than that at the filling body, achieving non coal pillar mining and providing a technical basis for solving the remaining problem of coal pillars.
