摘要

针对济宁二号煤矿 93下11-2 运输顺槽在采动影响下巷道围岩变形大、难维护的问题,结合深孔爆破切顶卸压技术原理和理论计算,确定了切顶高度45 m、切顶角度75°以及钻孔布置方式.现场工业试验表明,深孔爆破断顶卸压后,巷道顶底板变形约80.5 mm,两帮移近量约71.8 mm,巷道围岩变形明显减小,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract

In view of the problems of large deformation and difficult maintenance of the roadway surrounding rock of the 93lower11-2 transportation groove in Jining No.2 Coal Mine under the influence of mining,combined with the technology principle and theoretical calculation of deep hole blasting roof cutting pressure relief,the roof cutting height of 45 m,roof cutting angle of 75°,and drilling layout mode are determined.The on-site industrial tests show that after deep hole blasting roof breaking pressure relief,the deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway is about 80.5 mm,and the displacement amount of the two sides is about 71.8 mm.The deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is significantly reduced,and good results are achieved.
