Research on Coal Seam Permeability Enhancement and Gas Extraction Technology in the No.41 Mining Area of Hemei No.3 Mine
In view of the drawbacks of traditional drilling technology in the construction of cross layer drilling hole in Hemei No.3 Mine, such as heavy drilling workload, relatively high density of drilling hole layout, and relatively low gas extraction efficiency,an in-depth analysis of coal seam occurrence conditions is conducted. The optimization of extraction process and the method of whole process sieve tube fixing hole are studied to determine the layout form of cross layer drilling hole.Hydraulic punching is implemented through the method of bottom drainage roadways cross layer drilling hole to achieve rapid governance of gas disasters. The practice shows that under the same conditions, implementing cross layer drilling hole hydraulic punching technology can significantly increase the concentration of gas extraction in a single hole, fully release coal seam gas, significantly increase the number and permeability of coal seam cracks, effectively change the initial gas distribution condition, eliminate the phenomenon of stress concentration in coal seams in new built working faces, and achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling gas outbursts.
