煤矿无线远程遥控信号及操车系统研究

摘要
针对邱集煤矿井口及各水平操车系统操作采用传统的人工现场控制方式,以及操车系统信号通信设备陈旧造成的人工成本高、效率低、安全隐患大的问题,利用"无线遥控+千兆以太网平台+PLC可编程控制+5G无线通信"相融合的技术,设计了可以通过 5G无线信号网络进行信息互通,操控人员就近控制无线遥控器,对操车设备进行无线操控,有利实现全矿提升机运行工作状态、故障报警、任务安排等综合信息互享,以便于操控人员及时高效地制定调度控制策略,实现减少人工成本和提高提升机运行效率的效果.
Abstract
Aiming at the traditional artificial on-site control way used for the operation of the Qiuji Coal Mine wellhead and various horizontal vehicle operation systems,as well as the problem of high labor cost,low efficiency,and significant safety hazards caused by the outdated signal communication equipment of the vehicle operation system,using a technology combining"wireless remote control+gigabit Ethernet platform+PLC programmable control+5G wireless communication",design enable information exchange through 5G wireless signal network,operators control the wireless remote control nearby and wirelessly control the vehicle operation equipment,which is beneficial for achieving comprehensive information sharing of the operation status,fault alarm,task arrangement,and other aspects of the entire mine hoist.This facilitates the operator to timely and efficiently formulate scheduling control strategies,reduce labor costs,and improve the efficiency of hoist operation.
