万福煤矿主井提升机提人模式改造

万福煤矿主、副井提升系统均装备有一部提升机,在副井进行大型检修项目或系统出现故障时,需要使用主井箕斗临时或应急升降人员.原有的提人工况下,需提升机司机全程手动控制提升机加减速,存在一次提升循环时间较长,安全程度低,箕斗无法在到位位置及时停车等问题.通过在提升机控制程序中增加提人工况的控制程序、优化提升机提人工况下的提升速度曲线、增加井筒内箕斗到位及过卷开关、优化提升机保护功能等方法,完善了提人工况下独立的提人模式控制逻辑,完成了对主井提升系统提人模式的改造.
Transformation of the Personnel Lifting Mode of the Main Shaft Hoister in Wanfu Coal Mine
The main and auxiliary shaft lifting systems of Wanfu Coal Mine are equipped with a hoister.When large scale maintenance projects or system failures occur in the auxiliary shaft,need to use the main shaft skip temporary or emergency lifting personnel.Under the original personnel lifting working condition,the hoister driver needs to manually control the acceleration and deceleration of the hoister throughout the entire process,which has problems such as long cycle time for one lifting,low safety level,the inability of the skip to park in place in a timely manner,etc.By methods of adding a control program for personnel lifting working conditions in the hoister control program,optimizing the lifting speed curve under personnel lifting working conditions of the hoister,increasing the position and over roll switch of the skip in the wellbore,optimizing the hoister protection function and so on,the independent personnel lifting mode control logic under personnel lifting working conditions is improved,and the transformation of the personnel lifting mode of the main shaft lifting system is completed.
