Simulation Study on Deformation Characteristics of Roadways Under Different Influencing Factors
Based on the No.16 layer coal mining roadway of Wangchao Coal Mine as the background,a calculation model for the deformation and fracture evolution of the roadway is established through FLAC3D numerical simulation software based on orthogonal experiments. The influence of different roadway cross section shapes, dimensions, and width to height ratios on the deformation, failure, and stress evolution law of the roadway surrounding rock is systematically studied. The simulation results show that the significant order of the influence of various parameters on the deformation and failure of roadways is the size of the roadway cross section>the shape of the cross section>the width to height ratio of the cross section; The size of the roadway cross section is the main factor affecting the deformation and failure of the roadway, and the size of the cross section is positively correlated with the deformation and failure of the roadway; The elliptical cross section roadway is the most stable, and the development height and maximum vertical displacement amount of the plastic zone are significantly smaller than those of the straight wall semi-circular arch cross section roadway and rectangular cross section roadway; The width to height ratio of the cross section has a relatively small impact on the deformation and damage of the roadway, but has a greater impact on the generation of maximum vertical stress. The study reveals the evolution law of different roadway cross sections on deformation and failure of roadway surrounding rock, which can provide reference for the design of coal mine roadways.
