智能压滤系统在新巨龙选煤厂的改造实践

新巨龙公司选煤厂现有尾煤压滤机较为陈旧,存在无法自动运行、压滤卸料时机需人工判断、上下游设备需人工就地操作(底流泵、阀门、搅拌桶、入料泵、带式输送机、刮板输送机等)、压滤机同步达到卸料条件后等待时间过长等问题.针对以上问题,设计了基于压滤机进料结束时机判断、压滤机排队卸料、压滤机上下游闭锁控制的智能压滤系统,并结合压滤机硬件修复、滤液水槽改造、滤液水流量检测改造及上下游设备集控改造,实现了新巨龙公司选煤厂尾煤压滤环节的智能化,尾煤压滤系统生产效率提升约 18%,极大降低人员劳动强度,打破信息孤岛,基本实现无人值守.
Transformed Practice of Intelligent Pressure Filtration System in XinJulong Coal Preparation Plant
The existing tail coal filter press in the coal preparation plant of Xinjulong Company is relatively outdated,and there are problems such as inability to operate automatically,required manual judgment of the pressure filter material unloading timing,required manual on-site operation of upstream and downstream equipments(bottom flow pump,valve,mixing bucket,feed pump,belt conveyor,scraper conveyor,etc.),and long waiting time after the filter press synchronously reaches the material unloading conditions.In view of the above issues,an intelligent pressure filtration system is designed based on the judgment of the end timing of the filter press feeding,the queuing and material unloading of the filter press,and the upstream and downstream locking control of the filter press.Combined with the hardware repair of the filter press,the transformation of the filtrate flume,the transformation of the filtrate water flow detection,and the centralized control transformation of the upstream and downstream equipments,the intelligence of the tail coal pressure filtration process in the coal preparation plant of Xinjulong Company is achieved,and the production efficiency of the tail coal pressure filtration system is improved by about 18%,which greatly reduces personnel labor intensity,breaks information isolated islands,and basically achieves unmanned operation.
