摘要
针对现期新巨龙公司装备较为落后、激励制度不显著的实际情况,通过做优技术保障、提高设备配备、规范奖惩制度等手段,提出开展"掘进质量效率提升年"活动.经现场实际应用,提高了生产效率,保证了施工质量,实现了安全生产,以期为探索煤矿巷道的安全高效快掘新模式提供一定的参考.
Abstract
In view of the current actual situation where the equipment of Xinjulong Company is relatively outdated and the incentive system is not significant,it is proposed to carry out the"excavation quality and efficiency improvement year"activity by means of optimizing technical support,improving equipment configuration,standardizing reward and punishment systems and others.Through on-site practical application,production efficiency is improved,construction quality is ensured,and safe production is achieved,in order to provide certain reference for exploring safe,efficient,and fast excavation new models of coal mine roadways.
