近距离煤层综采工作面过上覆采空区煤柱技术研究

针对西山煤电西曲矿 14307 综采工作面近距离下伏煤层过上覆采空区遗留煤柱时发生动载矿压的安全问题,通过应用水力压裂技术,在高应力区巷道围岩中打设一定数量的钻孔,在水力压裂作用下提前破坏遗留煤柱,减弱煤柱边界承压能力,并在现场采用顶板在线监测、巷道围岩观测、锚杆(索)测力计观测等多种手段进行指导和验证,有效解决近距离煤层综采工作面过上覆采空区煤柱容易发生动压事故的问题.
Research on Technology of Close Distance Coal Seam Fully Mechanized Mining Face Passing Through Overlying Goaf Coal Pillar
In view of the safety issue of dynamic load mine pressure occurring when the 14307 fully mechanized mining face close distance underlying coal seam passes through the overlying goaf leftover coal pillars of Xiqu Mine in Xishan Coal Electricity,through applying hydraulic fracturing technology,a certain number of boreholes in the surrounding rock of the high stress area roadway are set up.Under the action of hydraulic fracturing,the residual coal pillars are destroyed in advance,reducing the pressure bearing capacity of the coal pillars boundaries.In addition,various methods such as online monitoring of the roof,observation of the roadway surrounding rock,anchor rod(cable)dynamometer observation and so on are used to guide and verify on site,effectively solving the problem of dynamic pressure accidents that are prone to occur when close distance coal seam fully mechanized mining faces passing through overlying goaf coal pillars.
