Research on Support Technology for Small Coal Pillars Raodway Excavation Along Goaf in Thick Coal Seams
In order to study the deformation characteristics and support technology of surrounding rock of small coal pillars roadway excavation along goaf in thick coal seams, and solve the difficult problem of instability of the roadway, the west 2305 transportation crossheading of Weijiadi Coal Mine is taken as the research object.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to analyze the structural form and stress distribution state of the surrounding rock of the small coal pillar roadway. The deformation and support parameters of the surrounding rock of the roadway along goaf are studied through on-site measurement. The surrounding rock stress of the small coal pillar roadway is asymmetrical under the influence of one stoping. The force of the coal pillar is directly proportional to the load on the overlying rock layer and the length of the hanging basic roof rock block, and inversely proportional to the width of the coal pillar;during the excavation of the small coal pillar roadway along goaf, the deformation amount of the surrounding rock is relatively small, and the deformation is highly symmetrical along the central axis of the roadway;after one stoping, the surrounding rock of the roadway undergoes significant deformation and damage on the coal pillar side, and the deformation of the roadway is asymmetric.Based on the deformation characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock measured on site,it is proposed to strengthen the anchor cable for the reinforcement of the small coal pillar roadway.Through on-site industrial experiments,it is found that after strengthening the support, the deformation amount of the coal pillar sidewall decreased to 58.3%of the original amount, effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock and reducing the problem of severe deformation of the coal pillar sidewall.
