工作面顺槽支护方案研究与实践

摘要
针对万福矿井埋藏深、地压大、煤层厚度大、硬度低的问题,通过自然平衡拱理论、组合梁理论和悬吊理论,确定工作面顺槽采用"锚网索带"联合支护方案,参考巨野煤田条件相似矿井的经验,用工程类比法确定了巷道支护参数,并采用数值模拟和极限塑性区理论对支护参数进行了验算.支护方案现场实施后,对掘进工作面巷道表面位移观测、钻孔窥视等进行支护效果验证,巷道顶板完整性及支护整体性较好,有效控制了巷道变形量,实现了大断面煤巷安全高效支护.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of deep burial,high ground pressure,thick coal seams,and low hardness in Wanfu Mine,the"anchor net cable belt"combined support scheme for the working face crossheading is determined through natural equilibrium arch theory,composite beam theory,and suspension theory.Referring to the experience of mines with similar conditions in Juye Coalfield,the roadway support parameters are determined using engineering analogy method,numerical simulation and ultimate plastic zone theory are used to check calculation the support parameters.After the on-site implementation of the support scheme,the surface displacement observation,drilling hole peek and etc of the excavation working face roadway are conducted to verify the support effect.The completeness of the roadway roof and the integrity of support are good,effectively controlling the deformation amount of the roadway and achieving safe and efficient support for the large cross section coal roadway.
